The Jacklights have today self-released the Final Girl EP that finds the band venturing into new musical territory, while still retaining the band’s signature sound. After the energetic opening track, Haunted, the EP veers into more pensive territory with Past Tense and Anniversary, The Jacklights‘ heaviest track to date. The EP closes with the title track that references the horror film trope of the last woman left standing when the credits roll.
