Northern California’s The Wind-Ups have shared (That’s Just My) Dream Girl, a new track taken from their newly announced full length, Confection, that is set for release on the 11th July via Dandy Boy Records. (That’s Just My) Dream Girl offers a saccharine sing-alongs that shows the softer and more sensitive side of The Wind-Ups.
The Wind-Up‘s bake the hooks, energy and low fidelity production style of forgotten punk and garage in a sentimental syrup, the album features eleven tracks of lo-fi sugar punk spun into a cotton candy rock ’n roll Confection à la the Ramones and The Spits.
