At a time when the SoCal scene was garnering most of the attention and any other good act from Jersey got gobbled up by NYC, came a fierce new band called TMA. Just as Danzig was starting to lose steam, the band put out a series of incredible hardcore records including their two full lengths, 1983’s “What’s For Dinner?” and 1987’s “Beach Party 2000Unfortunately, the band broke up before ever being able to go out on tour and would-be punk anthems like ‘(I’m In Love With) Nancy Reagan‘ and ‘Love Is All Around‘, that was later covered by Hüsker Dü, were left in relative obscurity. TMA‘s two albums and the band’s never-released “Just Desserts” EP are now getting a deluxe reissue, including a limited 500 vinyl pressing, that is set to be released on October 28th.

TMA‘s deluxe anthology can be pre-ordered via Bandcamp here
