AFI's Davey Havok To Star Alongside Rob Lowe In New Movie

In a somewhat interesting turn, AFI‘s lead singer Davey Havok has been spotted on the set of new independent movie Knife Fight. Not much is known about the movie itself except that it’s currently in production and will be starring Rob Lowe. The blurb on the Facebook page for the movie reads “Knife Fight is about sex, drugs, money and how politics is really played-a knife fight in a telephone booth, where blood is spilled, low blows are common and the best candidate is not always the best person,” and photos of Davey on set and during filming have been revealed.

Perhaps it isn’t such a surprising choice for Davey, following his acting debut earlier this year as St Jimmy in the Broadway production of American Idiot, the Green Day musical.
