Andrew Dost Finishes Sophomore Album for Paper + Plastick

Paper + Plastick Records has announced that it will release Andrew Dost‘s sophomore solo album, Wasted Miracle , later this year. He is currently in his home studio recording vocals and putting the final touches on the album, which will be his second album for Paper + Plastick.

The album features song ideas that originated with his current band, fun., and some going as far back as his old band Anathallo.

“This album is full of the little snippets of melody I couldn’t get out of my head. I liked them too much to abandon them.”

More details regarding the album will be announced shortly. Dost previously released his solo debut, Columbus, via Paper + Plastick in December 2008, which is available on CD, vinyl and digitally
