Bassist Leaves Manchester Orchestra

Manchester Orchestra has amicably parted ways with long time bassist Jonathan Corley.  His statement follows:

After much thought and consideration, I’ve made the decision to end my career with Manchester Orchestra. The past nine years have been an incredible journey and this was absolutely one of the most difficult decisions I’ve made. I am very proud of what we accomplished together and cannot wait to see where the band goes from here. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to work and tour with a wide range of talented and supportive people and I will carry these experiences with me for the rest of my life. I would sincerely like to thank all of the fans, friends, family, and bands that have offered overwhelming support throughout the years. I am very excited to begin the next chapter of life. Thank you for the wonderful years and experiences.
