Blaqk Audio (AFI) Signs to Superball Music, Release New Song

Electronic duo Blaqk Audio, featuring Davey Havok and Jade Puget of AFI, have revealed that they will release their sophomore album, Bright Black Heaven, this fall through their new imprint – Big Death Records which is distributed through Superball Music.  Label head Thomas Waber commented:

“Signing Blaqk Audio and creating Big Death is a great way of expanding the horizon of Superball Music. Blaqk Audio are catchy and infectious and a great addition to our ever expanding roster.”

While the duo themselves added:

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Superball Music for the release of Bright Black Heaven and the premiere of Big Death. To be supported by a label built by true music fans is a refreshing pleasure. Together, we will bring our version of heaven to the world.”

Bright Black Heaven will be the follow up to their debut, CexCells, that was released on Interscope Records in 2007.  The Big Death/Superball Music debut is set for a 2012 release.  A free download of “Bliss,” one of the new songs that will be featured on Bright Black Heaven, is currently available here.
