LA pop punk quintet Calmgrove have debuted their brand new single & video, Tossing in My Sleep, that features Brad Garcia is out now via digital platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. Tossing in My Sleep is quintessential Calmgrove, with the emotive new single deftly balancing dark and atmospheric with hooky and infectious.

“Tossing In My Sleep came to form during the peak of quarantine. We had a Dropbox full of ideas and when it came to start picking ideas out to work on, that particular idea stuck out to us. I wrote the lyrics about feeling stuck in a cycle and how all of the ebbs and flows of life can keep me up at night. We recorded this song with Zach Tuch (Movements, Silverstein, Touché Amoré) and during the process we reached out to Brad from Locket to have a feature on the track.
