Cherry Red Records have announced that they will release a double CD of Eddie & The Hot Rods first two full lengths, Teenage Depression & Life On The Line, on the 23rd January 2006, the albums were originally released via Island Records in 1976 and 1977 respectively. The release also features thirteen bonus tracks, including single versions of Horseplay (Weary Of The Schmaltz), Teenage Depression, I Might Be Lying and Do Anything You Wanna Do, as well as the 1976 EP, Live At The Marquee.

The album also features a 20 page booklet that includes informative sleeve notes from Record Collector contributor and Hot Rods authority George Rab.
