Club Brat Are “Dancing With Boys” On New Single & Video

Peterborough, UK’s Club Brat takes dance-punk to biblical new levels with the announcement of their forthcoming EP, We Be The Lord, that is due for release on 2nd October via Venn Records. Dancing With Boys is the first taste of new music, mixing Queens of theStone Age style swagger, the off-kilter rhythms of Fugazi and LCD Soundsytem levels of high-energy electronica. The sum of these influences creates a singular sound blending electro-pop, post-punk and garage rock with sharp as a knife lyrical themes.

It isn’t a critique of religion itself; it’s about ego, self-importance, and performative virtue, questioning the confidence with which people claim moral or social authority.
