Cock Sparrer’s “Shock Troops” Album Gets Expanded Vinyl Reissue

Cock Sparrer‘s 1983 album, Shock Troops, is getting a fresh vinyl reissue on the 23rd May courtesy of Cherry Red Records and Captain Oi! Records. The album is being released in its original proposed camouflage design but in an updated gatefold sleeve with new liner notes by each member of the band and a lyric insert. The album also includes two non album bonus cuts, England Belongs To Me and Argy Bargy.

Cock Sparrer are still going strong after more than five decades, the band released their final studio album, Hand On Heart, last year and have live dates lined up, including appearances at Las Vegas’ Punk Rock Bowling and Germany’s Ruhrpott Rodeo and Punk ‘N Disorderly Festival.
