Drones Release Cinematic Video For ‘Anchors’
London alternative rock / punk group Drones have released a new video, Anchors, the fourth single from their album Exiled, which was released on Lockjaw Records earlier this year. According to the United Nations, 1,651,661 refugees have fled their home countries and risked their lives traveling across the Mediterranean Sea to Europe since 2015. At least 14,000 have died or are missing. These troubling figures inspired Drones to write Anchors. Their album Exiled offers a direct commentary on the current refugee crisis, which Drones have continued in their video for Anchors.
