Hot on the heels of the digital release of All In, their first full length in eleven years, Pacific Northwest Pop Punks Amber Pacific have now announced pre-orders for their new album, including vinyl and vinyl bundles, which are now available via Manic Kat Records. To celebrate the announcement, the quintet are also sharing a brand new lyric video for Sink or Swim.

“A culmination of 20+ years of being in a band, believing in ourselves when no one else would, sharing this unbreakable bond we have as brothers. Reflecting on the touring, the struggles, and ultimately our survival. This is not a capstone, it’s a continuation of our story, and one we hope to continue writing as we enter our fifth album cycle. We’re ALL IN and can’t wait to see what the future holds.” (guitarist & vocalist Will Nutter)

With the release of their debut album, The Possibility & The Promise twenty years agoAmber Pacific set themselves on a trajectory from MySpace darlings to one of the pop-punk scene’s leading lights in the mid-00s. 2007 follow up Truth in Sincerity hit #64 on the Billboard 200, cementing the Pacific Northwest quintet’s status as a bonafide player, during what many consider to be the genre’s headiest time. Fast forward to present day, and the band have come full circle. Not simply to join the raft of high profile pop-punk reunions of recent times, but to create a record that sees them go All In. All In on mesmerizing hooks. All In on singalong choruses. All in on compelling, relatable storytelling that has perennially bonded the group with their ardent fanbase.

The new album is a celebration both of Amber Pacific‘s achievements to date as well as lighting the pathway for their bright future. It’s no surprise then that the lyrical plot lines weave from the nostalgia drenched Young & Reckless to the hopeful Meant To Be; the anthemic SOS (that features Mest‘s Tony Lovato) to the heart-wrenching Afloat. Amber Pacific have crafted a record that is as much for their lifers as it is for those who weren’t yet born when The Possibility & The Promise shot the band to global attention 20 years ago. With All In, the returning rockers prove themselves to be a timeless band in a genre that still resonates across the generations. The band will also be appearing at Tacoma, WA’s Airport Tavern on the 8th March with tickets available here.
