Hex Poseur Reveal “Sheriff Sessions” EP

Leicester, UK’s Hex Poseur has released her new live EP, Sheriff Sessions, that delivers an evocative and unabashedly honest five track collection that is now available via streaming platforms and Bandcamp. The release comes as the follow up to her 2023 full-length, Stunning, which is out now via Manic Kat Records.

“Inspired by Josh Homme’s ‘Desert Sessions’ my new live EP ‘Sheriff Sessions’ is intended to capture the energy and emotion of every live performance. It is a collection of reworks, covers and songs which didn’t fit anywhere else which were recorded all in one room, giving it the most naturalistic feel. It encapsulates my musical journey over my career so far, being a blend of my traditional punk roots and the sludgy, stoner metal sound of my more recent work. This is EP contains tracks which a lot of fans have requested, and with artwork by Frank from hardcore punk friends’ Sex Germs, this is truly a love letter to the underground UK punk scene, blending both old school and new school styles.”
