Look What Happened Drop “Weak Minds For The Weekend” EP
Brighton pop-punk quintet Look What Happened have released their new EP, Weak Minds For The Weekend, via streaming platforms, the EP draws from the pop punk bands they grew up with, such as Blink-182, New Found Glory, Paramore, Lagwagon, Yellowcard, Stand Atlantic, and A Loss For Words. Across Weak Minds For The Weekend, Look What Happened bring the pop punk they grew up on into their own world, pairing the genre’s hooks and energy with lyrics about frustration, self-doubt and trying to make sense of your own head. The result is a five track EP from a band still figuring things out and being honest about that process.
“We recorded Weak Minds For The Weekend with Ian Sadler over five days in July. Our aim was to create an homage to the pop punk bands we grew up on. I’d like to think we succeeded!” (drummer Jack Lloyd)
