Pressure Set Reveal Debut Single & Video “Blood Gimmick”
Pressure Set have unveiled their debut single, Blood Gimmick, that is the first taste of their forthcoming self-titled album that will…
Blackpool, UK based pop punks Me Vs Hero have posted a new video for their track Opposites, which is taken from their upcoming full length, I’m Completely Fine due for release on September 1st. The album, almost 4 years in the making and not without it’s challenges was put together by the band themselves, and front man Sam Thompson had this to say about the process:
“This album nearly ended Me Vs Hero numerous times. What started out as a joke two years ago paraphrasing Alan Partridge’s immortal line – ‘yeah I’m completely fine’ – actually became too literal for us. In the end we recorded it ourselves, from vocals in a council estate high rise, to guitars in a rubbish filled garage. It wasn’t a pretty sight, it certainly wasn’t comfortable and it was hugely hit and miss. We don’t expect people to feel sorry for us, we know people got bored of waiting for us, some people will love what we’ve done, others won’t. We started this record four years ago; we’re just happy it’s finally coming out.”
