Mercy Music Announce Retrospective Album “Melody And Truth”

Las Vegas punks, Mercy Music have announced they plan to release Melody And Truth, a 13-track retrospective of the band’s catalog, in Spring 2022. The album will feature thirteen of the best tracks pulled from the band’s three full lengths, as selected by Adam Bomb from The Faction. Melody And Truth will be pressed on 180 gram vinyl and will feature a deluxe foil-stamped gatefold cover including select photographs by Emily Matview, Aaron Mattern, Anthony Constantine and more.

Mercy Music‘s latest album, Nothing In The Dark, was released in September 2020 via Wiretap Records and SBÄM Records. In addition to enlisting producer Cameron Webb, who has plenty of experience honing the sound of both poppy and pummeling power trios, frontman Brendan Scholz said the album also finds cohesion in subject matter as all ten songs address personal matters that Scholz simply refers to as “adulthood.”
