Dublin’s Meryl Streek has today released his third album, Stories They Don’t Teach You At School, that is out today through streaming platforms and CD and vinyl via Venn Records. Much like a teacher, Meryl Streek is sharing his knowledge and experience, uncovering ugly truths yet pressing for change, compassion, resilience, and the importance for community, lessons that are often overlooked in school. The album also features Steve Ignorant (Crass), Pete Holidai (The Radiators From Space), comedian Phil Jupitus, Laurent ‘Lags’ Barnard (Gallows), Vinny McCreith (Adibishi Shank), Phil Wyer (Owl Sounds), and Sophie Porter (Other Half) who have joined the choir on Stories They Don’t Teach You At School. Meryl Streek is currently on tour supporting the new album with a run of UK instore tour appearances, you can view the tour dates and purchase tickets here.
