Wild Honey Records is still run the same way it started: out of a garage, non-profit, no contracts, and a…
North Carolina indie rock trio Museum Mouth detailed the release of a new full-length album to debut on April 29, 2016 via Rory Records/Equal Vision Records. Popcorn Fish Guinea Pig is the band’s fourth full-length album following Alex I Am Nothing in 2014. Watch the album trailer here.
Museum Mouth vocalist and drummer Karl Kuehn describing the upcoming album said:
“When I’m writing songs with the intention of a focused release, I like to have a color palette to use as quality control. You hold the riffs, the melodies, and the words you’re writing up to it and ask, ‘Does this fit?’ I remember Kory asking what I wanted the new record to sound like, early in 2014, and at a loss for adjectives to describe what I had already written I told him, ‘I want it to sound like it was made on a 3D printer that only has magenta ink.’”
