Needs Release New Single ‘Everybody makes Me Steaks’
NEEDS have release Everybody Makes Me Steaks from their upcoming sophomore album Limitations, that is due out on June 22nd on File Under: Music. The band makes post-ironic hardcore that aptly blends their world view with sonic influences ranging from Metz and Protomartyr to Pissed Jeans to Nation of Ulysses. Limitations takes all of the concerns that come with a second offering and turns them into a hardcore blast of self-reflection. It’s an album that is equal parts personal, political, and poetic without sacrificing the unrelenting, distorted, angry guitar rock that put them on the map.
