Alabama's Ghosts Among The Pines have revealed Holding On, the track is the lead single and video from the band’s…
Panda Lasagne are a punk band that hail from the Whitby in the North East of England and describe themselves as “Every mothers favourite punk rock dish, served hot from Whitby’s finest two ring oven, Panda Lasagne: Contains meat, punk, rock, roll and nuts”. They have just announced the release of their latest single ‘Anxiety Blues’ which will be out on November 26th and will be available via all good download and streaming sites, the single includes (as all good singles should) a B side which goes by the name of ‘Swim’
So have you ever heard of or seen Panda Lasagne, well this is a great time time get over to which ever place you use to get hold of your music and grab a copy of this latest offering once it becomes available. Having been a fan of them for a number of years now, ever since I caught them live supporting (can’t remember who) and they absolutely blew me away, all I can say is this release is I my opinion their best yet! And that’s a tall order, having been a band that has one of the coolest back catalogues of songs around.

‘Anxiety Blues’ is about, guess what? Anxiety of course, yes this song does have a real and purposeful lyric, but what it also does is crash along like a real Panda smashing its way through a forest of bamboo at break neck speed (just imagine how noisy that would be), its a proper old fashioned banger of a punk tune, you know the moment when find yourself grinning at the thought of finding such a song and hoping it never ends. To top this you also get ‘Swim’, I’ll not say to much about this, other than go download both tracks and you won’t be disappointed. This release is to raise awareness of mental health and also help raise much needed funds for a great charity that helps support people that need it.
