PLANTS Release ‘Friend’ And Announce New EP

Sydney, Australia punk rockers PLANTS show off yet another side to their music with their new single ‘Friend‘ that is now available via Riot Records, the upbeat tune sits somewhere between ska and punk and even has a few disco-influenced beats in the bridge. Bassist Nathan Briggs’ rough and booming vocals take centre stage and sit in stark contrasted with the backup harmonies. ‘Friend‘ tells a classic Aussie tale, of a mate who’s always late and never returns the favour for a lift home, and yet you still keep around anyway. The band has also announced that their new EP “Vacuumed Half to Deaf ” is set to be released on February 12th 2021, the EP can be pre-ordered and pre-saved here
