RIP – Garry Alexander Borland Of Heavy Drapes
The Punk Site is saddened to learn the news that Garry Alexander Borland, the frontman and vocalist of Heavy Drapes, has unexpectedly and suddenly passed away. The Heavy Drapes were a band that were building a loyal fan base and garnering critical acclaim through their studio recordings and incendiary live performances, The Punk Site sends it’s condolences to his family, friends and band mates in the wake of this tragic news.
A Memorial For Garry concert has been arranged to take place on the 15th September at The New Cross Inn, London, the event page for A Memorial For Garry can be found here and tickets can be purchased here. All proceeds from A Memorial For Garry will be donated to a nominated charity.
