Rome (Sublime With Rome) Announces Solo Debut
Sublime With Rome vocalist Rome has announced that he will be releasing a solo EP titled Dedication. The EP is due out out June 12th on Fueled by Ramen. The album finds Rome teaming up with a host of varied producers and songwriters, including Benny Blanco (Maroon 5, Ke$ha) to RoboPop (Gym Class Heroes). Rome discusses the title track, which he has debuted on Rolling Stone:
“The song’s about loving someone who is struggling with getting their life together and eventually having to move on,” says Rome. “It’s probably some of the most personal stuff I’ve put in a song. Sometimes all you need is the right people to pull the best out of you, and that’s what I feel happened with the three of us. The right individuals, at the right place and time.”
