Socks On Records Issue “Bootlegs & B-Sides” Compilation

Peterborough, UK independent imprint Socks On Records have released the Bootlegs & B‑Sides compilation that they describe as “a messy, honest, beautifully human collection from the Socks On Records crew.” The album features contributions from 22 bands from across the Socks On Records roster, including Das Kapitans, Al Pacino’s Sister, Get The Fuck Outta Dodge and Our Souls.

“These are the tracks that lived on hard drives, in rehearsal rooms, on stage monitors, in late‑night voice memos. Bootlegs, live takes, covers, one‑offs, experiments, and personal pieces from nearly every corner of our little community. We’ve always said we’re a family, and this release proves it. Everyone (some in spirit) in the gang threw something in, not just band stuff, but their own individual creations, the things they make when no one’s watching but the spark is there anyway. It’s raw. It’s real. And it’s us.”
