Legendary Toronto punk band Stark Naked and the Fleshtones have announced plans for a summer show. The band, who last released an album of rarities and B-Sides in 2011 has been rehearsing new material to complement their back catalogue. Eugene Ripper (original guitarist) says:
We’ve been chipping away some new tunes and look forward to sharing them with our fans, friends and extended family in the live arena. It’s our favourite place to be.”
Along with Ripper, the current lineup features new members Ray Walsh on bass, Johnny Rowe on drums with the original livewire frontman Stark Naked maintaining vocal duties.
