“The Incredible Shrinking Dickies” Gets Expanded Reissue

The Incredible Shrinking Dickies was the debut full length from the clown princes of punk, The Dickies. The album was originally released in 1978 through A&M Records, it is now getting an expanded reissue on CD and red vinyl on the 25th January 2025 via Cherry Red Records and Captain Oi! Records. The Incredible Shrinking Dickies features bonus tracks, including I’m OK You’re OK, Hideous & Got It At The Store and the classic singles Silent Night, The Sound Of Silence and Banana Splits (The Tra La La Song). The release is accompanied by a booklet that includes all the lyrics to all the songs, memorabilia from the era and all the relevant sleeves.

Original vocalist Leonard Graves Phillips and guitarist Stan Lee still lead The Dickies to this very day, the band are currently on tour in the US with a run of Californian shows confirmed throughout the first half of 2025
