David Delinquent Releases “Scared To Spend” EP
Dundee’s David Delinquent (The Delinquents / David Delinquent & The IOU’s / Football, Beer & Punk Rock Podcast) has self released a brand new EP, Scared…
Montreal’s The Last Mile have released their new single and video, Anything, and have announced that their new album, Holding On To Hope, will be released on April 11th via Thousand Islands Records, Pavones Records and Bearded Punk Records. Recorded in Vancouver by long-time collaborator, Jesse Gander and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, these songs are a natural progression of the bands signature heartfelt songs, leaning in a more modern hardcore vein while still retaining their punk rock roots.
The Last Mile is about trying to find the good in the world, it often feels like we’re constantly being beaten down, and it’s getting harder to want to participate. The name of the band’s upcoming album, Holding On To Hope, is an open and honest expression of how they feel. The lead single, Anything, is a rallying call to help inspire those who are feeling lost or forgotten. There was a time when people believed that they could be anything they wanted, but that feeling is waning and people are feeling helpless. It’s time to believe in ourselves again.
