The Narcissists Reveal “Shallow Hearts” On New Single

Shallow Hearts is the lead single from Canberra post punk act The Narcissists upcoming sophomore EP, Another Day of Poison. Evolving from their original psychedelic surf sound, the trio have embraced a stripped back dynamic characterised by motorik rhythms and noisy textures. The single is also accompanied by a video directed by upcoming Canberran filmmaker James Foulds. The result is a succinct piece that explores Shallow Hearts theme of harming oneself in a vicious cycle of external and denial of responsibility.
