The Punk Rock Museum has announced its tour guides for June, which include members of L7, TSOL, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Lagwagon and Sugarcult. The museum have also announced a Me First & The Gimme Gimmes takeover for the Punk Rock Bowling Festival weekend taking place in Las Vegas between May 26th to 29th, two members, bassist CJ Ramone (Ramones) and drummer Pinch (The Damned / English Dogs / Janus Stark),will be tour guides over the weekend. There will also be a special surprise from Me First & The Gimme Gimmes on Friday May 26th, and on May 28th the Museum will be hosting A Liquid Brunch With Spike! in The Triple Down Bar.
On Saturday, May 27th Author, curator and musician Bryan Ray Turcotte will be hanging out signing books and giving away rare surprises. His latest novel, Punk is Dead: Punk Is Everything, is now available in paperback, the book exposes the lasting impact of punk on visual culture worldwide. Hundreds of flyers, photos, set lists, vintage fashions and other ephemera from all of your favorite bands are packed into the book’s pages along with contributions from writers that initially ignited the scene, and later fueled its global expansion.
The museum has also opened its tattoo parlor, The Shop, and guests can now book appointments in the only tattoo parlor operating in a museum of this kind. CJ Ramone has now been announced as a guest tattoo artist in The Shop with a limited number of bookings available.

The collective is keeping busy with continued artifact submissions and programming being added to our events calendar. The Triple Down Bar is keeping guests well-hydrated slinging drinks including the already notorious “Fletcher” (a cocktail served in a Pringles can).”
