The Slime Unleash “Trapped On Blood Island” EP

Toronto’s grimiest loudest hardcore band, The Slime, have revealed their brand new EP, Trapped On Blood Island, that follows up on 22’s Living On Borrowed Slime EP. The band’s latest release is composed of a trio of short and radical bangers that is recommended to fans of rare 80’s hardcore and crossover thrash, bizarre horror films and copious amounts of beer. Trapped On Blood Island will be included on the band’s next full length that will be released later this Spring via Toronto punk & hardcore imprint Cursed Blessings Records.

Sliding in on an underground river of ooze in 2019, Toronto’s The Slime are bringing more frenetic thrashing hardcore to an alley near you. Their distorted sounds, disparate influences, and disturbed ramblings corrupt innocent minds with gangrenous grooves. The Slime have left a putrid trail throughout Canada, having toured Alberta, Quebec and Ontario with legendary acts such as The Casualties, Dayglo Abortions, Random Killing and Almighty Trigger Happy.
