The Wilful Boys are set to release their new full length, World Ward Word Sword, via Big Neck Records on May 6th. Recorded by longtime associate Jordan Lovelace at his Spiceworld studio, World Ward Word Sword is a crusher of a record, representing The Wilful Boys’ most vicious set of songs. Ahead of the release the band have shared A Watched Pot, a track that re-affirms that The Wilful Boys are masters of chugging rock n’ roll anthems that come riddled with nifty songwriting tricks while clearly stating an appreciation for the working class’ struggle.
