The English Beat’s Dave Wakeling, known for his humanitarian efforts, has announced a new benefit tour. The Love You Give Tour aims to raise awareness and funds for children affected by autism. As an added incentive, the band is also offering reduced ticket prices for the unemployed. The dates are listed below.

Wakeling will also be releasing his new song The Love You Give in conjunction with the tour, his first studio recording since 1994. The song has been an audience favourite at recent concerts, but has never been commercially released.

All the proceeds from the tour and the song, along with donations gathered throughout the tour, will go to benefit the Acoustic For Autism foundation, a foundation that donates donates 100% of the net proceeds to non-profit organizations in the US who are helping families and children directly afflicted with autism.
