Not The End Of The World EP - Self Released

Terrorpins kicked off their musical life as a classy fuck the fucked up world band back around 2021, and now are set to release their first EP ‘Not The End Of The World’, which is on closer inspection might just be a bit of a juxtaposition. These are songs that are filled with reasons the world should fucking end right now and stop all the pissing around, giving the Earth killing power by proxy to the true planet killers, those who stand to gain so much more than you! The few who hold this power are never held to account. But then on even further inspection, what we also have got is damn good Rock n Roll songs that tell it just how it bloody well is. ‘Enough’ is exactly that, “I’ve had enough of the lies, had enough of the ties”, this is guitar, drum, bass, and vocal rebellion at its edgiest best, its foot tapping with angst doing what it should do.

‘Addicted To Sound’ drops in, the next of six tracks, this is much more of a Tim Loud sounding ditty, folk that rocks the fuck outta dodge. Oh I forgot to say, this is a band made up of Tim Loud, Tommy Morris (Bruise Control), Ryan Taylor (Roughneck Riot), Dan ‘Bonday’ Bond (Wonk Unit), now you get the sound, or do you?. A collaboration of like minded, well yeah but this isn’t an EP that just takes bits of what they all are and makes some kind of hydrid, this is more of a ‘the worlds fucked, lets play music that says this, but with some ballsy rock that’s as gnarly as it gets’.

‘Million Pebbles’ is next up, its got some pretty cool ska beats running through its heart, heavy guitar riffs that spill out all over its anti drug mafia message, the streets are full of would be gangsters and its killing the youth. Follow this up with the title track ‘Not The End Of The World’ which explains our doom in plain and simple English, the planet will still be here, we won’t! The last two triumphs of angst are the hardcore ‘Witch Trials’ and the anthemic ‘Does It Offend You’, both of which are testament to this bands need to play music that fits their feelings, if its Hardcore, Rock, Country, Folk, Ska, Rock n Roll or Punk, doesn’t matter, their on it and beyond it with a passion.

Smash your piggy bank and go buy this from the band on BANDCAMP  you’ll not regret it for a moment.

Out today (16th August).
