Hot on the heels of their March UK tour dates with Trashed, Brighton alt-punk trio All Better have revealed their latest single and video, Instruction Manual. The track is the latest to be taken from their debut album, How To Be Alone, which will be released on the 6th May on digital and limited edition coke bottle green vinyl via Sugar-Free Records. The band have also announced a run of May UK tour dates with Hampshire punks Buds, along with a string of June 2022 UK headline tour dates and an appearance at Bristol Booze Cruise Festival.
“This song explores control and manipulation and what it is to discover those behaviours in someone close to you. In the background, mankind is also currently reflecting on its own behaviour, and as we discuss our ideas with one another, a lack of courtesy seems commonplace. As society begins to aggressively censor itself and rearrange acceptability, it evokes a similar hollow feeling of being uniform, reduced and instructed to be something other than yourself, much like the manipulation from a friend or family member.”
