Codefendants Return With “Right Wrong Man” Single & Video

After a quiet stretch following the release of 2023’s This Is Crime Wave, genre-defying trio Codefendants featuring Fat Mike (NOFX), Sam King (Get Dead) and Ceschi Ramos has resurfaced with a bold new single, Right Wrong Man, that is now available on all streaming platforms via Fat Wreck Chords. A chaotic spiral into absurdity, the single is accompanied by a provocative video directed by guerrilla art collective INDECLINE, and adult film star Jessie Lee as the centrepiece of a deranged dating show gone completely off the rails. The video breaks every rule of structure, sanity and good taste, delivering a spectacle that is unmistakably and unapologetically Codefendents.

“This song came to life while we were all living under one roof in Las Vegas. We were each nursing our own heartbreaks. The line ‘the right wrong man for you’ started as a Fat Mike punchline, and we built it out from there, about being self-saboteurs, ghosters, and unreliable lovers. Codefendants will be appearing at Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas on May 25th and on the 27th May they will be playing a single release party at The Punk Rock Museum, at 2:30pm Sam and Ceschi will be giving a guided tour including a performance in the Pennywise Garage where they will be joined by members of Zeta and will be wrapping up the party with a DJ set in the bar!
