Dead Bob have today returned with their new album, Nothing Changes Everything, that is now available via Alternative Tentacles, and arrives exactly three years after the release of their debut record, Life Like. What began as a largely solo recording project from John Wright (NoMeansNo) has since grown into a fully collaborative band featuring Ford Pier, Byron Slack, Kristy Lee Audette, Colin MacRae, and returning contributor Selina Martin, who bring bigger sound and depth than ever before. The release launches alongside a major 2026 touring schedule beginning on May 1st in Toronto and continuing across eastern Canada before heading overseas later this year. You can view the Dead Bob‘s tour dates and purchase tickets here.

Spanning eight tracks across 35 minutes, Nothing Changes Everything draws from both archival and recent material written by Wright over many years, including two of the final songs demoed for NoMeansNo with brother Rob Wright. Where Life Like introduced the project, this new record captures the chemistry of the full band after two years of touring together. The result is dynamic, direct, and constantly shifting, a record that keeps listeners guessing where it’s headed next.
