New York’s For Lack of a Term have dropped a new video, live from their recording studio, as they kick off a tour of the Northeast. The Fool I Used To Be is taken from the band’s latest EP, Through The Dog Years, which dropped this past Spring. The record regales the highs and lows of modern life, with the Manic Kat Records outfit’s contemplative and hooky style on show across the five-track EP.

On Through the Dog Years the band collates a swell of influence from genre titans such as Matchbook Romance and Jimmy Eat World that are intertwined with 00’s Drive Thru Records vibes to deliver a wave of nostalgia, crafted with a fresh relatable iteration of modern pop punk and alternative influences.
