Heatmiser Reveal “Bottle Rocket (’92 Cassette)” Single & Video

Today the legendary PNW band Heatmiser have shared Bottle Rocket (’92 Cassette), the second single from their upcoming compilation album, The Music of Heatmiser, that is due out on the 6th October via Third Man Records. Like previous single, Lowlife (’92 Cassette), this release comes with a live video shot during a 1993 show in Fort Collins, CO. Bottle Rocket (’92 Cassette) bears personal significance for lead vocalist Gust, as it marks an early attempt to express his sexuality before widely coming out as gay to his peers.

The original six song Heatmiser demo cassette, along with 23 demos, live tracks, rare versions and never before released songs, will be available on vinyl and streaming for the first time on The Music of Heatmiser, an album that showcases the band at its raw, fiery beginning.
