Italy’s New Candys Release ‘Zyko’ Single And Video

New Candys have recently announced that their new album, Vyvyd, will be released on the 4th June via Little Cloud Records, Dischi Sotterranei and Fuzz Club Records. Following on first two singles, Twin Mime and Begin Again, the band have now released, Zyko. Vyvyd follows up on the widely acclaimed third album, Bleeding Magenta, which saw them tour non-stop across Europe, UK, North America and Australia.

“Probably the most playful song of the record, with unstable guitars and a heavy marching drum beat, in a way it breaks the fourth wall because it speaks directly to the audience. Zyko is a misspelling of Psycho, which could be related to the quote “And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music” (Nietzsche)”.
