David Delinquent Releases “Scared To Spend” EP
Dundee’s David Delinquent (The Delinquents / David Delinquent & The IOU’s / Football, Beer & Punk Rock Podcast) has self released a brand new EP, Scared…
Boston, MA’s Little Low have announced their debut album, Sunshine Guilt, will be released on May 9th on vinyl and digital formats via Sell The Heart Records (US), Waterslide Records (JP) and Thousand Islands Records (CA). The album will feature eight brand new tracks from the band which features members of Save Ends, No Trigger and Beartrap. The band has also released the lead single, Dark Beer Archives, that is a self-reflective song about personal growth and finding peace with the changes we go through over time.
“This song is about learning the hard way that when it comes to drinking there is a fine line between things being fun and things getting out of control. I’m always trying to find a balance in life, and it remains a constant struggle. But what I eventually realized was that at the end of the day, it’s always going to be on me. I can be my own best friend or my own worst enemy. The line ‘never kept my elbow straight for long’ was inspired by a scene in the pilot episode of Cheers where the bar owner Sam Malone explains why he lost his career as a professional baseball player due to alcoholism. ‘I had an elbow problem…. I bent it too much,’” (guitarist & vocalist Christine Atturio)
