Chaos In The Rigorous Form is the unholy meeting of Bristol art punks Martyrials and Erotic Secrets of Pompeii. What the two bands have cooked up can only be described as nightmare-fuel art rock, psychopathic synth-punk, glamourous electro-sleaze, doom filth-disco, agitprop sci-fi future-punk. A song about chaos, a song about death, a song about change, hate and anger. The song was written in the summer of 2020 not long after watching the Edward Colston statue fall during a BLM protest in Bristol, this was a historic moment but it’s just the beginning. Instead of asking you to buy the track the bands request that you donate to All Black Lives Bristol’s GoFundMe page so that they can continue to provide vital services to the protests and movement.
