One Day As A Lion Performs Live For The First Time

The collaborative, experimental project One Day As A Lion, fronted by vocalist Zack de la Rocha (Rage Against The Machine) and drummer Jon Theodore (The Mars Volta), have announced their first US shows. The duo will be joined by Joey Karam (The Locust) on keyboard for shows in Pomona, CA on July 17 and in Los Angeles, CA on July 18 at undisclosed locations. Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 12:00PM PT and will be available via Will Call only. All ticket holders will be emailed the venue information at 8:00AM PT day of the show.

The performances mark the first time the project has ever performed live. One Day As A Lion released their self-titled five-track EP in 2008, which debuted in Billboard’s Top 40 and features the rock radio hit “Wild International.” Dates and ticket information can be seen below.
