Red Bull Riot Fest 2011 Announce Line-up
Red Bull Riot Fest 2011 has announced it’s biggest line-up of bands to date. Weezer, Social Distortion, and The Descendents are scheduled as headliners for the October festival; however, another major announcement is expected by organizers on Friday, June 24th.
Michael A. Petryshyn, founder of Riot Fest, explained:
“The final headliner announcement is very special for me personally, and almost needless to say, it’s something that I never thought would happen. We thought that this deserves its very own separate announcement and I’m happy to say that we’ll be doing it with a few close friends that you might know this upcoming Friday.”
Also scheduled to appear are ALL, Helmet, The Menzingers, Down By Law, The Copyrights, and the legendary X will be playing their album Los Angeles in its entirety.
The Red Bull Riot Fest is Scheduled for October 5-9 in Chicago, IL at the Congress Theater, Bottom Lounge, Double Door, Cobra Lounge, AAA Warehouse and more.
