Southampton, UK pop punks Slackrr have today released their new single, Save Your Breath, through streaming platforms via SBÄM Records. They have also announced a co-headlining European tour with Germany’s Bloodstrings as well as headline dates in the UK and several festivals throughout Europe in 2025, including an appearance at the UK’s Rebellion Festival.
“We are so excited to release ‘Save Your Breath’ to the world. The song was written in early 2024 and was one of the first songs written for our upcoming album to be released in summer 2025 via SBAM Records. The song is about something we believe everyone can relate to: The concept of having your trust broken and then forgiving, only for your trust to be broken again, causing you to not want to hear any more excuses or lies from the person who broke your trust. The video for “Save Your Breath” is based on this concept, but with a fun twist where the band watch a situation unfold between two friends who are initially unaware of the situation they’re in, but when they figure out what’s going on, are quite happy to betray the other’s trust for their own gain.”
