Sweden’s Alpha Pet Crack The Whip On New Single “Too Fast”

Alpha Pet, one of Sweden’s most promising and exciting new post-punk acts, have released their second single, Too Fast, that takes the listener on a dark, suggestive hunt through the jungle of life. The song revolves around the mysterious and pulsating feeling that the bass, drums and leather whip produces together. Musically, the song brings to mind the soundtrack to films like Apocalypse Now as well as 80’s post-punk bands like Killing Joke and the Swedish acts Viagra Boys and Reeperbahn. Too Fast is the second in a series of three songs that together showcase what Alpha Pet are capable of. The song follows up the debut single, Concept of Power, which was released in May and will be followed by TV Personality which will be released later this year.
