Sitting pretty at number 18 in The Punk Site‘s festive countdown of the best releases from 2020 is Jeff Rosenstock‘s latest full length “No Dream“, the album is the fourth studio record from the “Death Rosenstock” band and it was released without any promotional lead up, so initially it flew straight under our radar, but we’re putting that right with our annual countdown where it sits amongst the best releases we’ve heard this year. “No Dream” was released at a time of unparalleled chaos and confusion, division and despair, the depths of which would have been impossible to predict when much of it was being written over the course of the last few years. And yet “No Dream” is an album that feels prescient, unexpectedly and uniquely suited for this moment in time.
