Victory Records labelmates The Scenic and Thieves and Villains have announced that they will be heading out for a brief, ten-date East Coast tour starting September 22, 2010 in New York. The tour will coincide with The Scenic‘s upcoming sophomore effort, Bipolaroid, currently set for a September 28, 2010.
