Winter Wolf Share “Eye Of The Wolf” From Upcoming “Unwell” EP

Winter Wolf have shared Eye Of The Wolf, a brand new song taken from their upcoming EP, Unwell, that will be released on the 2nd July via Academic Punk Records. Winter Wolf, once a two-piece and now a three-piece band, emerged from NY/NJ within the mind of Jehiel Winters. The band’s gritty, dark, and fast sound comes from a melting pot of different influences from the shock horror sounds of Screamin’ Jay Hawkins to the raw punching range of Motörhead, and the dual vocal dynamics and fast punk groove of Biohazard.

Jehiel calls this genre Harlem Rhythm Punk blending Hardcore Punk, and Rock & Roll, with components of Soul and Gospel. “Nasty” Nate (Embrace / The Down / MAAFA) joined the band in August 2018 after the departure of the original drummer and Tony $yxx, who originally joined as an announcer, jumped on as a full second vocalist after making his debut in 2019 at a Skatepark show in Queens.
