Y!KES Release Explosive New Single & Video ‘Jukebox Martyr’
After kicking off 2021 with a bang, Y!KES come back roaring with their third single of the year, Jukebox Martyr. Erupting into massive riffs from the get go, Jukebox Martyr is a high-octane, meteoric experience that charges from riff to riff without hesitation. The band tap into their alternative rock roots throughout the song, floating effortlessly between raging verses and huge chorus hooks rampant with detonative energy. Alongside the singles auditory impact, the band have also released an accompanying video, directed by esteemed filmmaker Zak Taylor.
“Horrifyingly catchy hooks deliver a crunching blow to your pineal gland. Raw, vicious but slick energised Rock. You know what they say about a Rock Band who write pop songs…” (Vocalist Oli Long)
